Natural cooking course – 16th March

The next March 16th 2018 I will hold a new Natural Cooking Course in Rome. In the meeting we will talk about the nutritional and energetic properties of foods and their effect on our physiology, but also on our mental and emotional state. We will prepare together easy, healthy and tasty recipes that can be redone at home by the participants. At the end there is a common dinner.

Friday 16 March from 18:30 to 22:00
The cost is € 50.00 and includes lesson + handouts with recipes + dinner all together!

Menu*:

  • Crackers gluten-free with herbs
  • Orzotto with leeks, lemon and sesame seed
  • Dahl of lentil scented with cumin
  • Pressed vegetables with apples, raisins, walnuts and ginger
  • Kanten with orange and cinnamon with dried flowers
  • The kukicha
